How to Become a Happy Valley Insider

1. Visit our store and make a purchase, be sure to check in and give a Host your phone number, or Sign up here.
2. Download the Happy Valley Insider App for iOS or Android.
3. After installing the App, tap REWARDS, enter in your phone number to view points balance.
4. To redeem your points, see any Host in-store at a register and scan the QR code with the Insider App.

Additionally, the following are available for Patients

• New Patient Discount: $50 off your first four purchases over $100 (4 total between both stores)
  • *1st coupon will be given in store during first visit . Next 3 coupons will appear in your digital wallet within 24–48 hours after 1st purchase*
• First Purchase Anniversary Discount: $50 off your first two purchases over $100, valid within 60 days from the anniversary of your first purchase.
  • *2 coupons will automatically populate in your digital wallet based on your first purchase date*

* Patient must provide a signed note from treating physician with diagnosed condition.
** Patient must provide proof of financial hardship, defined as “an individual is a recipient of MassHealth, or Supplemental Security Income, or the individual’s income does not exceed 300% of the federal poverty level, adjusted for family size”.
